Many of us love to play volleyball because it minimizes stressed and bored because it so enjoyable when you play it. Many people wants to learn more about this sport because this kind of sports is now popular even in television or even international sports because it gives pride to your country even if you will win or loss as long as you represent the county.

The origin and history of volleyball
On February 9, 1895, in Holyoke, Massachusetts (USA), William G. Morgan, a YMCA physical education director, created a new game called Mintonette as a pastime to be played (preferably) indoors and by any number of players. The game took some of its characteristics from tennis and handball. Another indoor sport, basketball, was catching on in the area, having been invented just ten miles (sixteen kilometers) away in the city of Springfield, Massachusetts, only four years before. Mintonette was designed to be an indoor sport, less rough than basketball, for older members of the YMCA, while still requiring a bit of athletic effort.
Playing volleyball is more enjoyable because you will meet new friends but most of them hates to play volleyball because they don't even know how to play this sport but instead they were convinced to play and gives interest to play and it is also an exercise to human beings.
For me playing volleyball is a inspiration for me to enjoy and to forget the pain that time because it lessen my stress . And I love to play volleyball even I suffered so many attacked but it makes me strong to take another step or to play it again. And also it's a challenge for me as a lover of this sport.
